Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unused and/or unopened merchandise for a full refund within 30 days from original order date.


With the ultimate goal being customer satisfaction, returns after 30 days from ordered date are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Returns after 30 days from order are subject to a re-stocking fee and approval.


Perishable merchandise, including but not limited to: dated goods (i.e. calendars, planners, etc.), food, drink, medicines, installed or assembled merchandise, custom or special ordered merchandise, and promotional and/or printed merchandise, are non-returnable or exchangeable unless damaged upon delivery.


All used furniture sales are sold as is and non-returnable.


All returns must be in their original packaging, the packaging not damaged in any way this includes writing, and all original contents must be included — else it will be non-returnable.


Any damages or shorted merchandise must be reported within 2 business days of original invoice date.


Any merchandise determined to be non-returnable will be returned to the customer.

These conditions do require us to evaluate our policies to ensure we are servicing all customers effectively. We have a few updates and reminders.

  • We will not be accepting large quantity returns for orders placed March 3, 2020 or later, on the items listed in the provided file – Restricted Preventative Items.xlsx.
  • Any essentials products including PPE are non-returnable.
